PAYMENT AND SALES TAX INFORMATION

SHIPPING COST

• We are delighted to provide free standard shipping on all orders placed through our website. This applies to customers within the United States.
• Express shipping costs are a flat rate of $50.

SHIPPING TIMES

• Standard Shipping: About 5-7 business days after item has been shipped.
• Express Shipping: About 2-3 business days after item has been shipped.
• Same Day-Pick-Ups: Usually available within 2 hours of order placement. The order must be placed Monday-Saturday 8:30AM-3:00PM for same day pick-up. Orders cannot be picked up after 4:30PM. If the order is placed after 3:00PM or on Sunday, you must come and pick up another day.
  

ORDER TRACKING

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• The tracking number will be provided through USPS or UPS. 

SHIPPING METHOD

• We utilize trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to safely ship your purchase based on shipping time chosen.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

• We offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
